As a survivor of trauma, I know firsthand the profound impact that focused healing can have on your life. For years, I struggled with the weight of past pain and emotional triggers, feeling stuck in patterns that I couldn’t seem to break. But through dedicated work and a commitment to my own healing journey, I realized just how transformative it can be when you finally give yourself the space and support to heal.
With over 13 years of experience and a master’s degree in art psychotherapy, I bring a blend of professional knowledge and personal insight to my work as a Trauma Healer and Jungian Coach. My journey began in art therapy school, but it truly blossomed when I discovered Carl Jung's powerful healing techniques. Through this lens, I’ve learned how to navigate trauma, embrace the hidden parts of myself, and ultimately, find lasting peace. Now, I’m passionate about sharing that knowledge with others who are ready to heal from their own pain and reclaim their lives.
I work with individuals who want to move beyond emotional triggers, heal their shadow selves, and experience emotional freedom. Using the transformative power of Jungian Archetypes, I help guide clients through a process that was once reserved for deep psychotherapy. The results? Originally from Toronto, I now live in the peaceful embrace of the Caribbean in Barbados, where I’m joined by my two mischievous Rottweilers, Sky and Pablo. The shift from city chaos to island tranquility mirrors the transformation I offer my clients—shifting from overwhelm to peace, from confusion to clarity, and from suffering to emotional freedom.
